Volunteers help with a variety of tasks for Faces of Hope. The first step to becoming a volunteer is to fill out an application. E-mail us to get it.
Volunteer tasks can include: staffing our tables at outreach events, administrative tasks like mailings, organizing hygiene kits and diapers, client-facing work at the front desk/answering phones, and more.
The application process includes a quarterly orientation at our office before volunteering. For those who will be client-facing, clean background checks and extensive training are required prior to volunteering for a shift. Volunteers must understand the sensitive and confidential nature of our operations.
